This privacy notice is delivered according to the provisions of articles 8, 15, 16, 36 and other relative and applicable of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties ("LFPDPPP") in Mexico.

The photographs shown on the website are for representative purposes and do not guarantee that upon arrival, everything will be exactly as described here. Any claim or notification in writing against Riviera Maya Suites Condo Hotel must be received no later than ten (10) days after the end of your stay.
Disclaimer Riviera Maya Suites Condo Hotel will not assume responsibility for any claim, cost or expense caused by personal or third party injuries, accidents or death, loss or damage of personal objects, lack of fun, anger, disappointment, anguish or frustration (whether mental or physical) that results from the following causes:

Failure of the client to follow instructions including, but not limited to, departure times of flights, time and date of entry and exit in hotels, and coupon redemption policies.
Cancellation or change for any reason of the travel services offered by Riviera Maya Suites Condo Hotel reserves the right to cancel or change the published services but will try to replace them with similar services. If a reservation must be canceled, the responsibility of Riviera Maya Suites Condo Hotel will be limited to the refund of all the money paid by the client. There are no full refunds in situations in which the trip has to be canceled, interrupted or postponed by Riviera Maya Suites Condo Hotel for reasons beyond its control (causes of force majeure, such as, but not limited to, weather conditions, hurricanes, earthquakes, strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, pandemics, etc.) and in which the contractual obligations of hotels to your measure with your suppliers do not allow you to obtain reimbursement of the amount paid or to be paid to the supplier on behalf of the client. In these cases, Riviera Maya Suites Condo Hotel reserves the right to withhold 10% of the total amount paid for the reservation as administrative expense. Although we update rates constantly, in remote cases there is the possibility of changes in rates without prior notice due to contingencies or causes of force majeure. In these cases, the provider may not have a way to quickly update the rates. Riviera Maya Suites Hotel makes periodic reviews where it is possible that there are differences between the price paid for the reservation and the price required to use the service.
Reservations:
All reservations require in advance 10% of the total.
One month before arrival require a second payment of 40% of the total.
the balace 50% will be paid the day of arrival during the check in time.
Cancellation Policies:
if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival there will be a 100% deposit refund
if cancelled 15 to 29 days prior to arrival there will be a 75% deposit refund
if cancelled 7 to 14 days prior to arrival there will be a 50% deposit refund
if cancelled 3 to 6 days prior to arrival there will be a 25% deposit refund
if cancelled 3 or less days prior to arrival there will be No deposit refund
No Shows: No shows are not refundable
Pets are not allowed.
Security deposit: It is a mandatory requirement for all reservations to cover the amount of 250USD or $5,000 pesos as a guarantee. will be returned on the day of departure when the apartment is delivered under the same conditions.
Inventory: During check in / check out, we will make a brief inventory of the apartment, which takes around 5 minutes.
