INTEGRAL PRIVACY NOTICE
Hotel "Siglo 21" with address at 50 Street, number 493, Colonia Revolucion Cordemex, in Merida, Yucatan zip code 97110, is responsible for the processing of personal data provided to us, which will be protected in accordance with the provisions of Articles 8, 15, 16 and 36 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, for which the Hotel is obliged to comply with sufficient measures to protect those personal data collected.
Personal data obtained:
It is necessary to collect personal data to carry out the services offered by the hotel and to be able to make reservations, quotes and room agreements to provide a good service in case of future reservations.
1. Identification: name(s), last name(s), telephone number, e-mail address, age, gender, company name if applicable, RFC if an invoice is required.
2. Physical location: home address, fiscal address; dates of reservation and/or stay.
3. Authentication: autographed signature of the client.
4. Patrimonial: key account number or bank card for payment processing, in reservation and/or settlement of the services offered.
Sensitive personal data:
Sensitive personal data are considered those data that affect the most intimate sphere of its holder, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or lead to a serious risk for the holder. In particular, are considered sensitive those data that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, sexual preferences. Hotel Siglo 21 does not collect sensitive personal data, in case you require a service or a specific product for which you provide this data, Hotel Siglo 21 will use them only to provide such service and meet your specific needs.
In case of health emergencies the hotel, in terms of the applicable regulations, will collect data relating to your state of health with the sole purpose of achieving health protection for you.

They are necessary for the existence and fulfillment of the legal obligation contracted for the provision of the service:
Registration and processing for the proper provision of the service, as it is, the room reservation, check-in (check-in), check-out (check-out), promotions or various products.
Issuance of payment vouchers and/or invoicing.
Customer Service Management: Refunds, cancellations, clarifications, data updates.
Hotel Siglo 21 may use the personal information you provide to us to provide you with better service and, where appropriate, to identify your preferences during your stay and make it more enjoyable.
Data transfers:
Your personal data may not be transferred within and outside the country , nor processed by persons outside this company. We undertake not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as well as to make this transfer in the terms set forth in that law.
Options and Means to exercise your ARCO rights:
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO) of personal data, for this purpose, you may prepare free writing and then you must send it to the email gerencia.hotelsiglo21@gmail.com or submit it directly to the offices located at 50th Street, Colonia Revolucion Cordemex, zip code 97110, in Merida, between the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. You may also exercise them through the National Transparency Platform.
Your request must be made by you or your legal representative through a written request (free writing), containing I) your name and address or means to receive the response to your request; II) documentation proving your identity or that of your legal representative; III) a clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise your right; and IV) any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data. In the event that the request does not meet any of the above requirements, Hotel Siglo 21 , may require you within 5 days of receipt of the request to provide the elements or documents necessary to process it. You will have 10 working days to comply with the requirement, in case of not responding within such term, the corresponding request will be considered as not submitted.
Unless otherwise indicated in the applicable regulations, the deadlines will be a maximum of 20 days from the date on which the request is received in order to inform you of the decision taken, so that, if appropriate, you may make the same effective within 15 days following the issuance of the response.
In order to protect your confidentiality, Hotel Siglo 21 will send the response to your request to the e-mail address you have provided for such purpose and will keep it at the disposal of the applicant at the address indicated in the preceding paragraph.
Revocation of Consent for the Use of your Personal Data.
You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data or limit its use, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data and its Regulations, by submitting your request via email to gerencia.hotelsiglo21@gmail.com or at our offices: Calle 50, colonia Revolución Cordemex, postal code 97110, in Merida, between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
The requirements to identify yourself, as well as the procedure to attend your request will be the same as established in the ARCO rights section.

Hotel "Siglo 21" reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Notice at the time it deems appropriate, so that such updates or modifications may be consulted in through the website

General Hotel Policies:
Rate on a double basis per room per night in national currency- MXN, rates plus 21% taxes, rate includes lodging only, extra person rate applies for the third and fourth person, a maximum of two children are accepted sharing a room in existing beds, children over 12 years pay as an extra person.
It is required to be of legal age to register at the hotel, pets are not accepted, free WIFI in common areas, all reservations are subject to the modification and cancellation policies of each season.
VISA, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted.
