"Sian Ka'an" means the door or where the sky begins in Mayan and that's why we try to preserve the hotel's atmosphere as a small oasis.

The hotel is located in the pedestrian zone, vehicular traffic is restricted to suppliers. Most of the pick ups and drop offs of shuttle companies, taxis and tours are carried out on the 10th Avenue and 2th Street.
We do not have parking.
Due to the Mexican anti-tobacco law, smoking is not allowed in the rooms and hotel facilities such as outdoors, terraces and balconies.
We firmly believe that "posting, decreasing enjoyment" our internet coverage is limited to certain areas.
Our environmental awareness is summed up in the love, care and respect for all living beings and ask you to help us work together in small actions that we perform.
Sargassum/Seaweed in the Caribbean Sea
As we respect Mother Nature our duty is to advice our guest from this situation. They are large tropical algae several feet in length that cling together and float on the marine surface.
Currently, the phenomenon is present in the coasts of the Caribbean Sea (Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Puerto Rico).

For residents in Mexico who require a CFDI (4.0 version) we ask you NOT TO USE the online reservation system and send us an email to: info@hotelposadasiankaan.com where we will provide you the payment options that meet all current tax requirements.
The booking engine is easy, fast and safe to use and transactions are made through PayPal. To confirm your reservation is mandatory to pay a certain number of nights depending on the season. We ask you to have your credit card ready. Once the payment is made, PayPal will send you the receipt of the transaction (ID) you will automatically receive the confirmation and details of the reservation in an additional email.
Our rates are displayed in Mexican Pesos per night according to number of people requested. Breakdown of the stay will include 21% of taxes and the local environmental tax. Tips are not included.
The maximum occupancy varies depending to bed configuration. Maximum occupancy is 4 people included children.
