General Hotel Policies:
1. Any change or cancellation to your reservation must be requested at 52 (227) 2715100 at least 24 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel.
2. In case of not showing up at the hotel and did not proceed to cancel your reservation, NO SHOW will be applied and the charge will be charged for the first night of your stay per room plus taxes to the credit card with which it was guaranteed the reservation.
3. CHILDREN under 11 years old have no cost (without food).
4. Rates with American breakfast are only used for ADULTS.
5. PETS are not accepted.
6. The hotel is SMOKE FREE, only allowed in exclusive areas.
7. Due to the constant demand that we have, it is necessary to GUARANTEE the room with a VISA or MASTER CARD credit card or a bank deposit for the first night of the stay.
If it is made through a bank deposit, it must be reflected in the hotel's bank account 24 hours before, in case it goes through the weekend, the deposit must be reflected on the previous Friday. In reservations made on the same day this form of payment is not allowed. In case there are no guarantees in the reserves, cancellation policies of 72 hrs will apply.
8. CHECK IN is at 3:00 p.m. In case your arrival time is before check-in time, your room will be provided based on the availability of rooms at that time, or you will have to wait for your room is available.
CHECK OUT is at 12:00 pm If this is not the case, half rent will be charged for the fare handled.
9. PARKING (subject to availability) will be handled one car per room of courtesy, in case of bringing an extra car the cost per hour is charged.
10. The maximum capacity of people will depend on the type of room booked.
